Meet the team

  • Mary Liddy is a Solicitor and Salaried Member of the firm and head of the private client department. She is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and deals with wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection matters. She has worked in Clacton for over 30 years. She is assisted by Louise Lilley.
  • Victoria Methven-Richardson is a qualified solicitor with over 7 years experience and a Salaried Member of the firm. She works with Mary in the private client department. She is assisted by Louise Lilley.
  • Emma Warren is a Solicitor and Member of the firm and head of the property department. Emma has over 14 years experience dealing with Property Matters and is now assisting Mary and Victoria within our private client department. She is assisted by Louise Lilley in relation to Private client matters only. 
  • Emma has been replaced in the Property Department by Lois Williams (Monday-Friday) who is a paralegal with a Law Degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice and Jessica Bleeze (Monday and Thursday in the office) who is a Conveyancing Technician having passed her Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. They deal with residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold) remortgages and transfer of equity. They are assisted by Vicky Warren Monday to Friday. They are supervised by Emma Warren.
  • Kirstie Williams is a Conveyancing Technician having passed her Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and is currently supervised by Emma Warren. Kirstie deals with Residential sales, purchases, new build, transfer of equity and remortgages. She is assisted by Sarah Charters and Tanya Knight.
  • Richard Plummer is the administrative Member of the firm. He is also the Member who deals with complaints and also a member of the Association of Military Court Advocates. His secretary is Penny Bull.  
  • Nina Harding our receptionist is first point of contact and always ready to help.
