Mary at Rhodda & Co LLP, who is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly, prepares and registers Lasting Powers of Attorney and is happy to act as attorney for clients who have no suitable friend or family member to take on the role. 
We will help you deal with the administration of your affairs if you are unable to take care of them yourself.

Our Charges For Lasting Powers of Attorney 

Completion of the LPA (including 1 hour attendance) 
£300 + VAT for one LPA
£350 + VAT for two LPAs (either one person doing two LPAs (property & finance and health & welfare) or a couple doing one LPA each)
£400 + VAT for four LPAs (two LPAs each for couple)

Registration of the LPAs
£200 + VAT for one
£250 + VAT for two
£300 + VAT for four as above
includes two certified copies of each LPA 
further copies certified on each page £20.00 + VAT

VAT IS CURRENTLY CHARGED AT 20% BUT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
